Remesh’s pioneering AI technology transforms market and employee research using the most common conversational medium today — text. Their platform reduces time-to-insights from weeks to hours and some of the world's most respected organizations (Barclays, Nestlé, Unilever and Nascar) use it to tackle everyday research problems and make measurable change.

I executed a top-to-bottom brand refresh, creating a new visual language that included everything from the marketing site, motion graphics, paid media, visualizations for new features and sales sheets to event, webinar and presentation design.

Remesh also tasked me with refreshing their approach to video, which was previously rooted in a “walkthrough” style format. I created and executed an updated visual strategy that places the brand first and highlights key features through a mix of live action, motion graphics, quick transitions, and upbeat music, resulting in a fresh and empowering brand-centric approach.

✺ Context, action and outcome

After conducting a thorough audit of Remesh’s existing materials, I found that much of the messaging focused on communicating the product’s value through its features, while the broader brand story—and a clear articulation of what the product actually is—was largely missing. Asynchronous, conversational surveys? Yes. Online focus groups? Yes. Video interviews? Yes. A powerful analysis toolset? Absolutely. But what was lacking was a clear, relevant, and compelling explanation that tied these capabilities together. I was also tasked with evolving the brand’s visual identity while retaining artifacts of the existing design system, elevating and evolving it into something more contemporary, cohesive, and scalable.

Working closely with the VP of Marketing, a copywriter, and a brand strategist, I led the development of a new brand tone and personality, along with messaging that clearly defines the Remesh platform: an AI-powered collective dialogue system for conversational research. Together, we developed a refined visual brand language designed to improve comprehension, scale across channels, and support a narrative that is clear, empathetic, empowering, and human-centric.

Within 30 days of launch, website conversions increased by 2.4%, while social and paid media click-through rates rose by 6.8%. In addition to leading the messaging and visual redesign, I also introduced recommendations for the marketing funnel and website UX. This included expanding the primary call-to-action beyond a simple demo request to provide multiple engagement paths tailored to different ICPs. Visitors can still request a demo, but they can also explore a platform simulation or generate project pricing through a quote tool—creating new opportunities for engagement and conversion.
